Cheryl had assisted me with a mortgage previously but because of financial considerations the mortgage was obtained through the builder. I remembered her help and so when I refinanced I used Cheryl. She knows her subject and is able to communicate it to others in language they understand. She is pleasant, responsive, and willing to accommodate her client's needs in a timely fashion.
