Katy is great. Same house but second time we’ve done business with her. She’s very willing to answer any questions we had, and helpful to get us through it. This was our third mortgage transaction with Tanner (two refinances and one purchase) and he'll be our first call in the future if needed. He's very professional but also easy to talk with and explains all the details so that we understand. Our refi was performed quickly and with great service, even during the COVID-19 "shutdown".
