Rebecca did an amazing job! My client had initially been working with a different lender to purchase a home but that lender denied the loan having been in the process for over 30 days. Called Rebecca explained the situation and she got the process started right away and in just a little over 2 weeks she had the clear to close. I was beyond impressed especially given that we were also in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Thank you Rebecca

I have known Joanna for 10+ years through business/community. She moved into the metroplex a few years back and we left the Sherman/Denison area and bought property in Oklahoma but we continued to communicate on social media. When it became apparent that we should refinance, I started putting feelers out. When I asked Joanna if she worked Oklahoma, her reply was, "YES! All day long!"
