Tanner worked closely with us from the start to finish of our refinancing. He always contacted us in a timely manner regarding any questions we had during the loan process and also notified us regarding loan approval and closing stages. He also met with us and explained the loan and closing documents. Despite these challenging times we were able to close on our loan quickly. Very good experience overall !

John made the process seamless and easy. Even with the uncertainty and fluctuation in rates and market we were able to lock a great rate. There was excellent communication, fast results, and all questions were answered with prompt clear communication. John had all parties involved working together and Communicating well.
