This is our 3rd time working with Ryan. Our first experience with Ryan was our first time buying a home, he was so professional and transparent, and made us feel comfortable and confident, when we really had no idea what we were doing, so when we needed to refinance our home, we sought him out He had switched employers, but we just couldn't imagine working with anyone else. He is always just a click away to answer all our questions, even on the weekends. He always does us right!

Patrick Winchell is an amazing mortgage broker and person. He is fast, professional, knowledgeable, honest and charming. His attributes have amazed us. He kept us aware at all times regarding our progress In the stages of the loan. We made sure he was our broker for 2 refi's and 3 new purchases. My son is also a fan and customer. Patrick is amazing. He is very charming and personable but that is only a bonus. He tells you what he can and will do and then he does is. He met all his commitments. All these attributes make him the absolute BEST Mortgage Broker we have ever worked with. This is our third transaction with him and each time he met our mortgage needs perfectly. Also the guy is amazingly patient. This I particularly appreciated. I will and have recommended him. We closed in 14 days. Yes, I said 14.
