Our local office is always good to work with. They get back to you when you have questions. My client had picked a out of area lender (internet). Told them you may have problems since they do not know our area and what type of loans are available here. 2 weeks into their loan and having trouble. They switched and they had his loan ready to close before the close date. Buyer had to hold them off as they were in a rental and did not want to move out with 2 weeks rent remaining. Super job!

Patricia helped me close fast on my house when my original lender lacked the ability to do so. I switched to her last second and she was able to close on time. I called her two years later to refinance and she was able to issue me credits (since I was already with NAF) and quoted me a rate that was a lot lower and cheaper than what other companies were telling me. I have no complaints.

Patricia is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. She communicated well with me and made the process as easy as it could be. I had to switch lenders during the process because my previous lender was terrible. Patricia was able to take over the loan and process it before closing.
