Marcus has helped us with multiple refinances. The first and most important time he was able to identify that someone had put me in the wrong program, FHA, and I was paying unnecessary monthly mortgage insurance. As a Veteran I should have been using my benefits through the VA loan, and Marcus identified this and got me the correct program. He helped save me hundreds monthly in my payment and thousands annually. I have gone back to him numerous times now. Marcus helped us with a refinance and it was so easy and so surprisingly successful that the whole experience was actually enjoyable! He is hands-down the best of the best. Marcus was extremely helpful, polite and courteous.
