Kenol and his team were great. I know we were in crunch time with getting the loan closed - so i can forgive the unexpected hiccups. But other than that Kenol was fantastic - very knowledgeable and willing to help.

I cannot rave enough about Marcus. He was an answer to my prayer. He was recommended by a very reputable and knowledgeable bank executive to help my daughter keep her home due to a divorce. It was a very complicated and difficult situation and he was the difference. He helped by showing us that I could buy her home until she would be in a better financial situation. Not only was Marcus able to find me a mortgage at a competitive rate but he was always so helpful, kind, courteous and professional. He found a way to achieve the impossible. He was tireless in his determination to make it work. No matter when a call was made he was there for me to answer questions and guide me to a successful outcome. Marcus helped us with the purchase of a new construction home. Not only did he help us, he has been working with us for over a year, let me repeat that OVER A YEAR! Who works with someone for a year? Marcus does! He came recommended to us from a friend and now I see why. My loan fell apart a year ago at the closing table with another lender from the builder and my friend said “you must call Marcus”. Fast forward a year and Marcus got us into the beautiful home we always wanted. He is my type of person to work with, smart, caring and very knowledgeable. We preferred someone laid back to avoid getting pushed into something we weren't ready to buy.
