Joycelyn took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. She worked with me to get a great loan and a closing date that was fast. Also, I knew the loan was funded before the closing attorney did because of the update that Joy provided. Excellent to speak with and email with. My real estate agent was impressed so much by the work she put into my loan that he is going to start recommending clients to her.
