Our refi was a very complicated transaction with multiple borrowers and numerous title issues involving estates and Power of Attorney usage Gene is a very knowledgeable loan officer that navigated the many obstacles in a professional manner. A complete pre interview brought to light all the concerns he had of underwriting the file and worked with us to insure that we provided the necessary documentation up front to avoid delays Great job Gene!!!!
