If you want the best rates in the market and a process that is seamless, Jerry of cardinal financial is the loan officer you need. Throughout the process, he carefully explained every little detail to me and answered all my questions. I was always calling and emailing him with questions and concerns, and he always responded back to me. He would always encourage you to call him if you had any questions, which was something I found comforting. Somewhere in the process, he went out of his way to make calls and help out with issues that has to do with the settlement agency. I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to all.

From the first call until the close of our loan, Jerry was always professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. He responded to every call, text or email almost instantly and was extremely pleasant to work with. Jerry took a personal interest in our loan as if we were family and handled our loan with extra care.
