Ron was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable and always quick to get back with me. He worked on our information late at night or on the weekend and never made us feel like an inconvenience. He explained terminology several times to me so I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I always feel uncomfortable and nervous dealing with this kind of stuff because I’m a new house owner (less than 2 years).
