One negative... I never met Justin face to face. I expected to see him at our closing, but he was a no show. Many positives... He was recommended by my financial advisor. Justin was quick to respond to all emails and phone calls. He and his team communicated well in what was needed/required from us to submit our refi application. The process was smooth and seamless. Justin certainly looked out for our best interest in getting the absolute best possible rate!
