Jeff and his associates communicated clearly every step of the process. The loan was processed and approved in a timely manner. Considering the unusual circumstances of our life's, due to covid-19, I felt very safe. I was asked how I preferred to interact. Using esignatures and couriers to deliver paperwork. I would recommend Jeff and his team to friends looking to finance or refinance their homes.

I'd like to say and stress that it was a great, pleasant, and joyful experience from the beginning to the end.
