Sheri was great but overall the experience was not pleasant. The refinance took longer than our original mortgage. Sheri was not involved in the process, due to it being handled by corporate. I finally called Sheri and with her assistance we finally got some action on our application. Unless Sheri would have control, I do not know if we would do another mortgage with your firm.
