The staff was awesome. They kept me abreast at all levels of the transaction and made the process very easy to maneuver through. They were very pleasant and helpful even when I was having problems with the uploads. In this time of COVID-19, the staff made it as though there wasn't a pandemic (masks and all).

Bryan was extremely supportive throughout the process. He explained each step and action we needed to complete thoroughly and honestly.
