I had originally initiated a loan with Veterans United, thinking they would have my best interests in mind. Once I received the loan estimate, I asked Katy to look it over, and she explained that they were severely overcharging me. I immediately terminated the contract with them and Katy had everything caught up within a couple of days, and brought my closing costs down by more than 75%. Couldn't ask for better service!
