Communication is everything. Brian and his entire team were up on everything and always there if I had a question. I have hear horror stories of people closing and refi's that final numbers change the day of close, need more papers provided, etc. None of this happened with Brian and his team. He provided a list of what was needed and informed me right away that they might request an updated bank statement, if they did he will let me know. Amazing service from him and his team keep it up!!!!
