Erich did an amazing job! We were just $2.00 away from not qualifying for a USDA loan and thanks to all of his hard work we closed on our new home!!!! The process was very simple and easy! It was a great experience and I will refer him to everyone I know and in fact he was referred by my in laws because he helped them close on their VA loan!! Thanks Erich and Janel!!
