Wish Erich was a financial advisor, I would be very wealthy. lol I'm a 40 year old that has never purchased a home , I've rented and owned manufactured homes , with a guidance from Erich on what to do from start to finish was amazing, if you think homeownership is out of reach think again , I challenge anyone to take the time to give Erich some time and the truth about your finances and desire to be a home owner , he will guide you all the way to the front door of the American dream.
