Erich and his team worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we got our loan. They reached out to us almost daily by email. Letting me know the process and steps they were taking, and what exactly I needed to do to help them get everything done. Overall the experience we had with them was awesome. I can't say enough good things about Erich and his team. Excellent communication and follow up throughout the process. You can tell that he and his team are just as invested in the success of the purchase as you are. They are down to earth and treat you like an individual; not just another closing date. You can really tell they love what they do, and they are great at it! I will certainly recommend Erich and his team to others.
