I cannot heap enough praise on my experience with Erich and his team. I had already been through the ringer with a different lender when my agent suggested Erich. Best thing that could have happened. Erich and team communicated quickly and clearly, were friendly. Erich knows what he is doing and talking about. I received great advice and feel confident in my decisions as a result.
