Erich and his staff work for you. They go the extra mile while communicating on a regular basis. They gave me peace of mind during a stressful process. I thought some questions I asked were dumb but to me, they were important. They respected and addressed my concerns. At no fault of this lender, I had a prior short-sale offer fall through at the zero hour. I was so happy with their service that I used them for the next offer, too.
