Erich was always upfront and honest he probably let me know when something was needed and if there was ever an issue that arised they make sure to get it fixed to the best of his ability he worked really hard to keep my costs as low as possible easy and great to work with straight to the point kind of guy her family is going to be thanking him and his team for years to come
