Using a different Escrow Company. The Escrow, Officer did very sloppy work and was very very slow to respond. The closing statement presented with Loan Documents had errors and so did the Final Closing Statement. The loan funded on Monday, recorded Tuesday a.m. and as of Thursday p.m. we still did not have our proceeds from the refi. Prorations on closing statement were not identified with the time period/dates the proration covered. This Escrow is very careless with other people’s money.
