We had a hurdle at every turn of the process. this is our fourth mortgage experience and have never been through the amount of back and forth regarding our self-employment status as we have this time. Parts of it were very frustrating, but in the end, Kristen ensured we were informd and ultimately things closef without issue.

I appreciated that TJ was honest and upfront about the cost of doing business. TJ and his team were responsive and very solution oriented. They were great at coordinating with the realtor, attorney and title company to get me a smooth closing. They made a stressful transaction simple and I really appreciate that. The online portal was also something I liked, it wasn't always intuitive but it was definitely easy to use.
