Matt has been INCREDIBLY helpful during our loan process. I've been working with him here and there for a bit now to check our likelihood of being able to apply for a loan. Once our credit reached a point where we would be able to qualify for FHA, Matt made the process extremely easy. He answered the phone nearly every single time I called with a question (I had many) and always got back to me shortly after my call if we missed each other.
