I normally do not write reviews, but I felt so blessed to have worked with Luke that I had to share my experience.I highly recommend Luke Billman! Unlike other lenders who simply told me what I couldn't do, Luke took the time to listen to my story and understand why homeownership was important to me. He created a clear plan, coached me on improving my credit score, and encouraged me every step of the way.What impressed me most was that he genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a client. He constantly prayed over my health and finances. Right before closing, I experienced car trouble and was overwhelmed with stress. Luke immediately offered to help and provided support when I needed it most.His faith, compassion, and dedication made all the difference. Thanks to his guidance and encouragement, I am now a homeowner. Luke was truly a Godsend, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone pursuing homeownership.

Working with Africa and her team was great! Communication was on point! Africa always made sure I understood what the next step in the process was, and was always available to answer my questions. Regardless of how many. :) I've been told by family that we were lucky to have such a smooth process of buying a house, but I like to think a lot of that had to do with the people who helped us through. Africa representing the lender portion of this was a BIG part of that! Would definitely recommend!
