The fact that I could speak to Diego on the phone at any time during business hours was crucial. I loved the human aspect of the process. I tried for a home equity a while ago and it was very unpleasant due to the uploading through an A.I. service. It was so frustrating that I gave up. Diego also checked in with my periodically over the years so I felt it natural to go with Team Daniel for this new purchase. Very satisfied!
