I have had a number of loan experiences in my personal life and business career. Many of which were stressful and drawn out. Ryan was anything but this. I can honestly say it was the fastest and most stress free loan I have ever had. He was aware of the housing market in my area and knew when the right time to refinance was based on the home comparisons in my area. This resulted in eliminating the PMI in my loan and qualified me for a lower rate which saved me 25K dollars over the life of my loan. I did not have this type of service with my previous lender. Ryan could not be more highly recommended for a home purchase or refinance in my opinion.

As a first time home-buyer I had a lot of questions relating to the process, as I'd never done it before.
