Ryan and his team were rock starts in getting our mortgage finalized with a tight turnaround. We sold and bought at the same time. When we were finally done negotiating on the purchase of our new house, we were left with a short turnaround time to close both deals on the same day, which was our goal so we didn't have to move twice. There was a holiday in the mix which made the timeline even shorter. Ryan stayed on top of everything and managed to push everything through, with the best rate possible, just in the nick of time. It probably wasn't very convenient for him but it sure made things much easier on us. Thanks, Ryan!!!
