Our realtor sent us a list of folks to choose from, and the first three were definitely just doing their job. But, when we called Jarad, not only did he answer us immediately, but he worked with us past 9pm the first day just to make sure we were good to start the process. Jarad instantly won us over with a “No BS” approach. He felt like that family member you call over for when your up the creek and need guidance without the sugar coating. Any doubts we had (and I had many) he guided us and steered us into the right direction. We were able to close and walk away WITH a check instead of owing anything!! If you’re still unsure, call Jarad. Let him work for you!!! 10/10 will use again. P.S. also VA LOAN experienced!!!
