I haven't bought a home since the early 90's and so much has changed. Teresa was with me every step of the way in this chaotic market. I had many failed contracts and even when I got the right one, we had some hurdles and to get thru it, processes had to move fast and accurately--Teresa managed it all! Very accountable not only for her tasks but keeping others on track! She not only was an advisor but became a very good friend! I highly recommend--don't look for anyone else as Teresa will have your BACK! Thank you Teresa for making my home buying experience successful--that's what we all want!

Theresa methane goes out of her to help you in any way possible. her hours are flexible most of the time ittl match yours. when ever you need her she always picks up or answer any questions you got

Teresa was absolutely wonderful. Theresa goes above and beyond. Very personable, engaging and extremely accessible even by text over weekends. It was crazy to have this kind of engagement- it’s unheard of! She was so patient and I never felt like I had a dump question. I am sure what I had to say and ask about was so mundane but she fielded the questions with respect and curiosity. I would definitely recommend working with Teresa! I can’t so enough positive things about my experience. She was even accessible after I got passed on to the underwriter . Thank you Teresa!

Theresa was amazing! She was never not available for a call or text, and actually acted as the mediator between the attorneys and real estate agent. Not because she had to, but she picked up the slack where everyone else had dropped it! I will certainly keep her in my contact list for any further questions I have for loans in the future!
