Teresa is absolutely amazing! She is the friendly and knowledgeable advisor that you need to guide you through the mortgage process. We were first connected with Teresa through our realtor because we needed a pre-qualification letter in a hurry in order to submit an offer on a property. We had already been working with another lender, but they were unable to provide a pre-qualification letter for us when we needed it after regular business hours. Teresa picked up the phone for us at 6:45 pm, took down our information for the application, and was able to get the pre-qualification letter together in 20 minutes! She is the reason we were able to get a contract on a property in this crazy real estate market. You need a loan officer who is going to pick up their phone and pre-qualify you for the new property that just hit the market so that you can get your offer in quickly, and that loan officer is Teresa! Not to mention, we got a better interest rate and our fees/closing costs were lower with Teresa than they would have been with the other lender. Teresa is a partner you can trust to have your back throughout the mortgage and home-buying process, we cannot thank her enough!

My husband and I were quite satisfied with the lending experience with our lender. She was knowledgeable and so experienced in lending. She guided us through the lending options and recommended the most reasonable one that matched our situation. She educated us whenever we had questions. So, we truly felt we were part of the process, pulling it together towards the settlement date.
