Motto handled my cash out refi, and I had to deal with multiple people, but Teresa was the best. (The attorney they used was excellent too) Teresa always made me feel like I could call her with any questions. She never left me in the dark about anything and helped me understand the things that were not clear. The lending process can be a marathon, but no matter what or who I had an issue with, I knew I could call Teresa and get reliable service. Thank you so much Teresa! Awesome service!!!!!Teresa made the whole refinancing process a breeze and was so helpful and knowledgeable! We have worked with her in the past and we’ve had nothing but positive outcomes. She isn’t one of those people that make you feel pressured of obligated in any way!! Teresa also works around the clock to help with any questions you might have. She also works very hard to eliminate any unnecessary obstacles that may come up. So happy with this refi!!
