I wasn’t sure it was the right time to buy a vacation home with the current market conditions. Teresa gave me the most valuable advice, when she suggested I pay off the mortgage on my primary residence instead of putting down a large down payment. We now own our vacation home near the beach and we’re looking forward to enjoying time with the grandkids. I highly recommend Teresa and I hope to do business with her and Motto Mortgage in the near future.
