I didn't say my experience wasn't memorable. In fact just the opposite,...I don't think I will ever forget the hoops I had to jump through to qualify for the loans. I feel bad for Audrey and Shea and the frustration they had to go through by helping me! Both of them deserve a raise!!! I had very little interaction with Kristin, so that is why I gave her the one "good" rating.
