John was great. Tina would email me thing to get at night, 7, 8, almost 9 o'clock. We were in a time crunch to get this loan done. This made it very stressful. I turned things in multiple times. Had to explain the same things multiple times. In the end we were supposed to close early in the morning but moved the closing later that day. It closed 2 hours later than the set time causing the seller and title company schedule issues.
