What made our experience GREAT was Nicole. She is the first person you interact with, and she is incredibly responsive. Nicole replies to emails and texts as soon as she can. I once sent a message at 6 a.m., fully expecting a response during business hours, and she replied within three minutes. She is on top of everything and truly walks with you throughout the entire process. Anything that is needed, she has you prepare ahead of time—often before you even find a house. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. I was in contact with other lenders, and none came close to the level of service Nicole provided. If you are in the market to buy a home and want the experience to be enjoyable, go to Nicole. The process was stress-free and worry-free because she genuinely cares and knows exactly what she is doing. The entire team is top-notch in my opinion. I am so glad Erica referred me to Nicole because the service I received was exceptional, and no other company can compare.

Being a first time homebuyer I came into this very scared . It felt like this was going to be a very difficult process,but it was the complete opposite.
