If I could give Joni more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve been working with her for the last couple years, and she is truly the GOAT of lending. She is sharp, thorough, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to representing our clients and protecting their best interests. More than once, Joni has picked up the ball after another lender dropped it and still managed to move my clients across the finish line. Her communication is on point, her follow-through is impeccable, and she has a way of explaining complex loan details in a way that keeps buyers informed, confident, and calm.
