Because my offer was accepted just before my vacation, the funding needed to be completed within 10 days, before I flew out of the country. Added to the short time period, there was Thanksgiving, so banks were closed towards the end of the ten-day period. I nearly gave up on my travel plan, but Joey somehow managed to make the funding happen in time. I left the country with the money in the escrow, and the house closed while I was away. I was so happy to be working with someone so knowledgeable and experienced as him. Thank you Joey!

I can’t speak highly enough about my loan officer… He was ALWAYS available, reliable, and above all I trusted him with this process. I’m sure I’m not the only guy to give him a great review, but it needs to be said, He went above and beyond in every possible way to make the process feel personal and seamless. It felt like he genuinely cared about my experience and treated every detail with so much care, 11/10. Seriously wish I could rate higher.
