I must say this entire experience felt like a red carpet experience from the very beginning. Craig is so great to work with and I asked tons of questions and he was so pleasant and never made me feel he was tired of questions, and he never rushed me. I had worked with two other lenders before Craig and I had a terrible experience. I share that because what set Craig apart was that he talked to me like an adult and he didn't make me feel as if I was unqualified. He talked me through everything on my credit report, what information was needed, and overall details every step of the way. I received timely emails from Craig a each step so I knew what was happening. I wasn't in limbo. There are so many great experiences, but overall, Craig was a joy to work with and I will be referring him and his team to everyone I meet in search of a great lender!
