I had the pleasure of working with Chris and her team from May-October 2017. This was my very first home purchase, and Chris helped me understand everything I needed to know about securing a home loan. Not only did Chris make herself available any time I had questions, but when we put in our first offer, Chris made sure to call the listing agent and ensured the seller that I was a qualified buyer. At closing, the listing agent mentioned to us this was a deciding factor in choosing our offer! Chris and her team made sure to let me know when documents were due, and took care of everything quickly and with attention to detail. Chris provided me with an awesome binder at closing with all the information I needed to settle in to my new home as a quick reference guide, which has been so useful! Chris and her team truly go above and beyond, and I will definitely be sending all my referrals her way!

Chris is a wonderful human being and was fantastic to work with! After years of dreaming about purchasing a home, I did not think I was going to qualify. Chris presented a variety of mortgage programs that would work for my situation. She thoroughly explained the options and answered all of my many questions. On the day of the closing, we ran into a situation and Chris was my Superhero. The previous homeowners/builder did not repair water damage, as promised in the contract. We were a half an hour from closing and I was ready to walk away. Chris contacted the builders, who were able to negotiate the repairs in our contract after the move in date. If it were not for Chris' actions, I would walked away. Thanks to Chris I was able to purchase my beautiful home. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I reached out to Eagle Home Mortgage 6 months ago when we decided to make the move from Denver to San Antonio. Chris called me and we discussed our needs. She worked with us to get all the documentation in place well prior to us evening finding a house, so that once we found the home we wanted to purchase, we only had to provide a few things to finalize the loan. She connected us with a home search app so that we could start looking at what was available, even before we got to Texas. Once here, she and her team fielded our questions and gave us different scenarios for 15 and 30 year loans. She also recommended locking in our interest rate shortly before rates started to climb, potentially saving us hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars in interest. She was a breeze to work with and I would highly recommend her.

Chris is Amazing!!! As a Realtor, I understand there are a lot of behind the scenes challenges that our clients may not ever realize. I teamed up with Chris when she did my own loan on a home purchase. She handled some pretty difficult situations and went to bat for us when it seemed things were not going well. She is a true advocate for her clients, looking out for their best interests. She has since then worked with several of my real estate clients and I will refer her over and over again because I know my clients will be in good hands with Chris.
