Dan and his team made the process so smooth and easy for us and our seller. Great communication through out the transaction with personal phone calls and emails once a week. The level of service and attention to details that he provided was outstanding. Two thumbs up for as stress-free a lending process as possible. Dan has always been a pleasure to work with. I find his and his teams communication is top notch. I am a Realtor and have completed several sales with Dan over the past ten years with very minimal hiccups. The one hiccup we experienced was in 2015. Dan promptly remedied the situation and have had many successful deals together since.

I cannot say enough good things about Dan and his team! As first-time home buyers, we were nervous and had A LOT of questions. Dan always treated us with respect and made us feel like he had all the time in the world for us. His communication is excellent and prompt, and we could always count on him. I saw another reviewer use the term "well-oiled machine" and that describes Dan's team perfectly. They never missed a beat and made us feel extremely confident and comfortable throughout the closing process. Jiahna was especially helpful and a pleasure to work with! I would have never dreamt that getting a mortgage would be one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had ... Dan's team truly exceeds all expectations and made the entire process a breeze.
