To whom this may concern, I would like to first off state that you have a great employee on your team in (Reid Sinclair). It went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered in a timely manner and also kept the process moving along. Although there were bumps in the road with the third party teams we were working with Reid constantly stepped in to speed up the process and let me know what information I needed to obtain in order to keep on schedule. Reid would give me nightly checkins along the way ensuring me that everything was moving in the right direction. It is with my utmost confidence that I can ensure you that I will be working with New American to lock in a fixed rate mortagage with Reid in the nearby future. He has set me and my wife up for financial success which we did not think was going to happen for quite some time. He is an integral part to the continued success your company will have and is an unreplaceable asset. I have worked with a few different companies in terms of mortgages and dealt with some lenders whom are downright nasty that was not the case with Reid. I cannot wait for a few months down the road when we get our credit back in good standing to be working with Reid again.
