He is enthusiastic and he made him available on a holiday late at night, I only intended to leave a message but corey anwser the phone and answered all my questions. He was amazing at communicating and clearing up any confusion parts, I never expected the process to go so smoothly if I ever purchase another home, i would definitely request the exact same team corey, and Bobby. I have only heard horrible stories from people undergoing the home buying process. Corey and Bobby made me want to buy another home asap. The process took a lot longer than I feel like it should have. I gave an overall rating of great because of Tony Collier. He was constantly in touch either by phone or email throughout. There was more than one occasion when I was ready to throw in the towel and look to another lender. Tony's professionalism and dedication to getting a positive outcome kept me from moving on. Huyen Nguyen was also instrumental in getting us across the finish line. She was extremely helpful to me when it came to satisfying the underewriter's issues. She too, is a credit to your company.
