Eric was extremely transparent, reachable, and flexible. He patiently answered every question I had (sometimes I had to ask the same question multiple times because of all the information hitting me at once), and explained each detail and process to me. He hustled to get me the closing date I wanted even though it was a very tight timeline for his team to work through. His superior customer service and clear expertise ultimately won my business and convinced me to change my lender of choice from Fairway to NAF. I can’t speak highly enough about my loan officer… Sean Young. He was ALWAYS available, reliable, and above all I trusted him with this process. I’m sure I’m not the only guy to give him a great review, but it needs to be said, He went above and beyond in every possible way to make the process feel personal and seamless.
