From the first conversation I had with Kaleb, I felt like I could trust his knowledge and experience with going through the loan process. I had a somewhat unique situation, and he seemed confident he could navigate me through the process. The entire process moved seamlessly from one step to the next. The communication was great, if I had questions along the way, Kaleb or Kim were quick to respond with answers. There were a couple bumps towards the end at closing, but overall my experience with NAF was pretty good.
