Just before being cleared to close through another institution, a serious of major life events happened that put the house closing at jeapordy. Michelle Mott was referred to us by our agent and quite quickly evaluated our situation, and brought us a solution that within just a few weeks, had us closing on our house with an even better payment that the prior institution. Michelle Mott and her team were kind, respectful, very available for contact, and even worked after hours to make sure our dream home was able to be closed. I can not say enough positive things about the 217 Mortgage and NAF team that assisted us through this process. I will be highly recommending this team for anyone looking at purchasing a home moving forward.
