Communication, simply process

Loan processor should have better communication, and clear emails . I know we live in the era that no one likes to talk on the phone , but if that is the case , then the emails should be clear and consistent. Multiple times expectations set were not met or not communicated. Loan processor, was not unprofessional, but the communication was subpar. I hope something can be set in place so future customers do not feel the same.
