To secure the purchase of my new home as a first-time buyer, the owner wanted us to close sooner than the typical 30-days, so Ms. Divah Mae Mosley, Senior Loan Officer, agreed to 21-days at the suggestion of my Realtor. The rest is history: I now own a home. It may not be new, as in recently built, but it is new to me and I got a great deal with the assistance of Ms. Mosely and Ms. Peyton McKay, Senior Processor, with the help of all other parties involved in the process.
